HOUSE RULES – KŐSZIKLA VENDÉGHÁZ

  1. The accommodation can be booked from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Exceptions for longer stays require prior agreement with the accommodation provider.
  2. Only the agreed number of guests can use the accommodation. Additional guests need approval from the accommodation provider beforehand.
  3. Pets are allowed in the courtyard, lower terrace, and lower level of the building but are strictly prohibited on the upper level of the house.
  4. Rearranging furniture and furnishings in the accommodation requires prior consent from the accommodation provider.
  5. Guests must report any lost keys immediately and cover the costs of key replacement and lock changes.
  6. The accommodation provider is not responsible for property damage or accidents due to improper use of the accommodation.
  7. Guests are accountable for any damages resulting from improper use and must compensate the accommodation provider directly.
  8. Notify the accommodation provider promptly of any issues during your stay; claims cannot be accepted afterward.
  9. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any valuables left in the accommodation.
  10. Loud noises, loud music, fireworks, or bright lights are not permitted in the Guest House.
  11. Use of the infrared sauna and jacuzzi is at your own risk, following the posted instructions in the Guest House.
  12. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of furniture and equipment on the premises.
  13. Firewood for barbecues is provided at the courtyard entrance; never leave the fire unattended.
  14. In case of a fire, start rescue procedures, call the fire hotline at 105, and inform the accommodation provider.
  15. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property except in designated areas on the terrace.
  16. The accommodation features individual heating and cooling air conditioners controlled by a remote in each room and firewood for the fireplace.
  17. An equipped kitchen and dining table are available; guests are responsible for cleanliness and proper use of utensils.
  18. Wi-Fi access details will be provided a day before arrival, located near the guest house entrance.
  19. Parking is complimentary, and there is a closed courtyard entrance and electric car charging facilities (Type2—charger) for guests.
  20. Two bicycles are available for complimentary use. Guests are accountable for any damages resulting from improper use and must compensate the accommodation provider directly.
