The three courses are primo, or first pasta or risotto; secundo, or second meat with a side dish; and dolce, or dessert.
The breakfast basket includes sourdough bread, farmhouse milk, butter, yogurt, fruit juice, homemade jam, Italian salami, ham, cheese, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and seasonal vegetables.
The dishes are mainly made with Italian ingredients, homemade, handmade pasta, and fresh herbs from the garden and bought from local farmers. They use olive oil and never frozen products! Dinner menus are fixed but are prepared with individual food allergies in mind. You can order at least one week before arrival.
